For more than 40 years, David Comer has dedicated his career to maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments. His extensive experience began with years of service at Lancaster High School, where he developed a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and exceptional leadership in facility maintenance and janitorial operations.
Throughout his distinguished career, David has successfully supervised and managed numerous large-scale janitorial projects across Maryland and Washington, D.C. His ability to organize teams, maintain high standards, and ensure client satisfaction has made him a respected leader in the industry. From educational facilities and commercial properties to complex contract projects, David has consistently delivered outstanding results.
Since the founding of Sweep and Mop LLC, David has been an integral part of the company’s success. As one of the organization’s earliest team members, he has helped shape the company’s culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence. His commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction has played a vital role in the growth and reputation of Sweep and Mop LLC.
As Site Manager, David’s primary focus is ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. He works tirelessly to prevent issues before they arise, maintain open communication with clients, and guarantee that concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. His hands-on leadership and decades of experience help ensure that complaints are minimized and expectations are consistently exceeded.

Forrest Rowe
Mr. Rowe is the President of Sweep And Mop LLC, with extensive experience in janitorial and cleaning services throughout Richmond, Virginia. He has re-launched the company to serve the Northern Neck, with plans to expand into the Hampton Roads area within the next six months to two years.
Sweep And Mop LLC offers a full range of services including carpet cleaning, junk removal, deep cleaning, standard cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, commercial and residential cleaning, and large-scale building services, supported by dedicated crews for each service.
Mr. Rowe is also currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, further strengthening his leadership and commitment to growing the company.
Betty Rosser – Board Member & Financial Advisor
Betty Rosser is a respected business professional, trusted advisor, and longtime supporter of Sweep And Mop LLC. With more than a decade of dedication to our organization, Betty has played a significant role in helping shape the financial stability and growth of the company through her leadership, experience, and unwavering support.
Before joining Sweep And Mop LLC in her current capacity, Betty worked closely with Dream Team Cleaning Solutions in Richmond, Virginia, where she provided valuable guidance and support for four years prior to the company’s successful sale in 2025. During her time with Dream Team Cleaning Solutions, she became known for her commitment to operational excellence, sound financial management, and her generous contributions to the company’s success.
At Sweep And Mop LLC, Betty brings extensive experience in budgeting, financial planning, and fund management. Her insight has helped the company make informed business decisions, maintain financial responsibility, and strategically invest in opportunities that support long-term growth. Her practical approach to financial stewardship continues to be a tremendous asset to our leadership team.
In addition to her advisory role, Betty has been a generous supporter of both Dream Team Cleaning Solutions and Sweep And Mop LLC. As the founder and leader of Helping Hands for the Youth, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting and empowering young people, Maurice has devoted countless hours to creating opportunities, mentorship, and positive outcomes for youth within the community. His passion for giving back and investing in the next generation reflects the same values that help strengthen Sweep And Mop LLC today.
For the past four months, Maurice has proudly served as a Board Member of Sweep And Mop LLC, providing strategic guidance and assisting with major financial and operational decisions. His experience and insight have been instrumental in helping the company successfully manage large-scale junk removal projects, carpet removal projects, and flooring installation services.
Maurice has also demonstrated his commitment to the company’s growth by investing resources, including dump trucks, to support the operation and expansion of Sweep And Mop LLC’s junk removal division. His contributions extend beyond financial support, as he actively provides leadership, problem-solving expertise, and hands-on assistance whenever needed.
